I ranked in the top five percent of Mad Cave’s 7th Annual Talent Search. This submission was an opportunity to work in a different genre: historical fiction. It was important to treat the setting as a character. I used different ink textures and values to bring the world to life.
Iron Man

These pages were created as a portfolio piece. The intention was to push the action, guiding the reader’s eye through dynamic figure work and strong compositions. Iron Man can be a challenge to draw, but one of my favorite characters to bring to life.
